Co-creating a Park with Kids

As project manager (and lead social impact designer) of the Mejor Santa Tere Neighbourhood Improvement project in Guadalajara, Mexico i facilitated the synergies between diverse stakeholders in the mid-2010’s. The project, spanning 2 years, involved user research and site analysis, and the design and implementation of several participatory design and community planning activities—often led by kids!
